Villa Boutiques & Restaurants is a multifunctional complex 27,507 sq. m. in area, which includes restaurants, cocktail lounges, SPA-salons, a Modern Art Gallery, more than 40 boutiques, among which are Tom Ford, Bottega Veneta, Brunello Cucinelli, Yves Saint Laurent, Chloe and others. The complex provides ample parking space with a parking lot of 400 spaces.
The project originates from the well-known French architecture firm Didier Gomez Interior Design. Its activities are carried on by the equally famous WATG architecture firm, based in the UK. Villa Boutiques & Restaurants is a complex of classic Italian villas each with a length of 500 m, with impressive stained glass windows and massive columns, situated among apple-tree gardens with an indescribable mountain view. The characteristic feature of the project is its exceptional decorative components and highly developed spatial composition.
